Festival Coordinator
Job Description: The Festival Coordinator will work alongside the Director to review, understand and implement the organization’s strategic priorities and action plans, and coordinate their implementation. They will support organizational communications for all festival activities, in continual dialogue with its volunteers and artists and act as a Future in Safe Hands Festival and Studio Project spokesperson, representing the organization to interested parties and beneficiaries, working with the Director to draft media releases and communications. They will recommend human, financial and technical resources required for festival operation including meeting with interested parties and local businesses. They will plan, produce, and support the production of festival actions and documentation, information, and communications, research and other specialized resources to support Studio Project’s many projects and events including arts activations with partners to host initiatives. Overall, the Festival Coordinator will be a team player within Studio Projects growing not-for-profit.
